The Newcastle Asian Wedding Expo event at Britannia Hotel runs from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.The Sunderland Asian Wedding Expo event at Roker Hotel runs from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM.  You’re welcome to arrive at any time during the event, but we recommend arriving earlier to make the most of the experience.

The Newcastle event will be taking place at Britannia Hotel Newcastle Airport — Castellan Suite & Wansbeck Suite.The Sunderland event will be taking place at Roker Hotel — The Ballroom & Seaton Suite.

Yes — the Britannia Hotel provides ample complimentary parking for attendees. Vehicles must be registered at reception upon arrival.Parking at the Roker Hotel in Sunderland is also free for registered guests and customers, with spaces available at both the front and a larger rear car park. You must enter your vehicle registration number on the touch-screen tablets inside the hotel within 15 minutes of arrival to avoid third-party fines.
